Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

If your payment has already been processed and you need to cancel or make modifications, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note: a fee of 6.9% + $1 will apply to cancellations to cover payment gateway fees, warehouse shipping costs, and platform charges.

Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and you can expect the amount back in your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days. Please note that items returned without prior refund requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, returns for sale items or gift cards are not accepted. If you have concerns about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been accepted.

Refund Notification

You will receive a notification once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
